This is a reflection of a parked train in the rear view mirror of my scooter, taken near the west end of Locust St. It’s always a bit tricky to get shots like this without getting myself or the camera in the shot.
This gnarly old tree resides in a field just off of Boedigheimer Rd. where it meets Fern Ridge Rd., right outside of Stayton city limits. I’m drawn to trees such as these like moths to a flame… only with less burning and more picture taking.

This nifty tree lives in the middle of a farm field off of E. Santiam St. I wanted to take it home with me, but it wouldn’t fit in my scooter.

I took this in one of the gymnasiums at Stayton Middle school while I was there on Saturday to attend the Santiam Marketplace & Outdoor Show. Which gym it was, I have no idea.

I took this inside the Fey Asian restaurant on Washington St. while waiting for some take out (I love their sweet and sour chicken) in late January, but forgot to post it then. I’m a dork.
Today’s photo is an interior shot of my favorite Stayton subject, the Stayton-Jordan Bridge at Pioneer Park. I do love that bridge.

We had snow…ish weather again yesterday. It wasn’t full on snow, but more like snow pellets, I guess. Either way, it made things white.
