Big sky

Big Sky - sky and clouds in Stayton Oregon
Montana may be "big sky country," but the sky here in Stayton yesterday was doing a pretty good imitation. We had a break between rainstorms, and some blue decided to peek out behind the clouds. The sun was also doing its best to find a way through, but didn't quite succeed.

Oh, sun, how I miss thee. Fair thee well, until we meet again in the spring. ;)

Had to laugh; before I read your narrative, I immediately thought of Montana when I saw your caption. It's a beautiful sky and photograph.

"Oh, sun, how I miss thee. Fair thee well, until we meet again in the spring" Nice phrase... but sometimes I feel like flying to the southern hemisphere, like a swallow, to experiment a second spring in the same year...
Beautiful sky indeed, but in North America, I've always observed that skyes are bigger ;)
