Wet leaves on pavement
Sometimes there's nowhere to go but down. The leaves in the photo not only fell to the ground, but they ended up plastered there by the rain. Today was actually dry, so my big outing was to the store (Bi-Mart, which is kinda like Wal-Mart but smaller), which is where I took this photo. Yes, friends, it's a parking lot. Oh, the glamor. :)

I have to get a decent camera! Your pictures are so great. It's wonderful the way you see beauty in simple everyday things. You said you have a scooter. I recall seeing a dark haired gal with a dark scooter, maybe blue or purple riding all over town all the time. Is that you?
Jeepgirl, probably. My scooter is purple, and my helmet is black. I know there are a few people in town with scooters. I don't see them often, though, so it was probably me you've seen.
Next time you see me, honk and wave. :)
