Peace in the Valley

Peace in the Valley in Stayton Oregon

Today's photo looks west at some pretty trees and a distant blue hill. It's a peaceful picture and was taken in a valley (the Willamette Valley, to be precise), so I felt the title was appropriate.

Well, that and I couldn't think of anything else. It's hard coming up with a title every single day, ya know? :)

You really have got fine landscapes
to photograph and you have managed very well.
I must now look at from a map, where
Stayton is situated :)

Dave, I may be biased, but I think Oregon is a great place to live. I'm partial to the northwest part, but I know a lot of people like other parts of the state, as well.

Mimmu, Stayton is about 75 miles south of Portland, our largest city, in the northwest part of the state... and about 20 miles southeast of Salem, our capital city.

Thanks to both of you for your kind comments. :)
