Over the Water

My favorite ditch in Stayton runs by the public library and the Community Center Park, and provide a good place to hang out. These trees literally hang over the water, and I just think they're nifty.

I took this photo last summer. During these dull, gray winter months, I find myself longing for the sun. Of course, once the hot weather of summer rolls around, I'm sure I'll be longing for winter.
