This is one of the many American flags which can be found around town. I've posted this photo in honor of Memorial Day, 2007, and all that it means. This flag flies above Pioneer Park.

Memorial Day doesn't seem right. When I was born and for many years afterwards it was "Decoration Day."
It was to 'decorate' graves of loved ones. It took a politician to change it.
I think your photograph expresses the day very well.
I have good news:
The three baby robins are on their way to Meet the World. I miss them already. It was quite an emotional experience for me.
