Wide Open Spaces

Wide Open Spaces - A field and trees in Stayton Oregon

I like today's photo for what isn't there... a house, business, or other structure that might take away or obscure the beauty of the trees, the field, and the sky.

Technically, there is a road running through the picture (Wilco Rd.), and sign is visible, but both are barely noticeable, so let's not quibble over details.

You're so right, Celine. I like this just the way it is, with room for my imagination to roam.

Nice title for the photo. Some live in such congested and overly populated areas - that they are in awe when seeing "wide open spaces".

Interesting to note that there is a very obvious Chemtrail from a jet plane cutting across your unspoiled landscape. Did you happen to notice this?

Peter: I'm probably an anomaly, but I actually like contrails. I know some people clone them out, but I don't. Just a personal preference.
