Under Construction
This is one of several new homes being built off of E. Jefferson St. I'm not sure what the land used to be... I'm guessing farm land since the new neighborhood sits right next to some farm fields, but I could be wrong. It wouldn't be the first time, and definitely not the last.

New construction in the middle of a housing crisis. We see construction continuing here as well however maybe at a slower pace ... personally I like to see more urban development with less sprawl.
