A Blue Hue - a hill and trees in Stayton Oregon

This be a hill. A blue hued hill. I took it from some street off of Santiam St. It’s a new road, and Google Maps shows it on the satellite image but doesn’t on the map.

That’s all terribly exciting (or not), but the most interesting thing about today’s photo is I took it yesterday. “So what?” you ask (you did, I could hear you). Because it means I once again have wheels (squeeee!). Yes, friends, yesterday I bought a new scooter I couldn’t afford, so I can once again go out and taken action packed shots like the one above.

Maybe. It’s going to be raining for the next few days (or more), and I don’t have a windshield yet. And my camera’s not water resistant. Neither am I, for that matter. But I’ll get out when I can.
