Snow Fields

Snow Fields - fields covered in snow in Stayton Oregon

I took the above shot near where Fern Ridge Rd. meets Highway 22. It's scenes like this that make me forget the mess snow and ice makes for driving and the like, because nature is just so darned pretty.

In my humble opinion, the sky with those wonderful clouds and bit of blue peaking through combined with the foreground snow and supportive vegetation is what makes this image special.
