In A Sea Of Change

I tried my darnedest to find out the history of this little white building yesterday, but no one I talked to seemed to know anything about it.

It sits in a parking lot off of 1st Avenue (right across the street from the church in yesterday's photo, in the middle of several businesses. I've heard it used to be a school house and was transfered from somewhere else to here, but I can't confirm that or anything else about it. I seem to have a vague memory of it being a video arcade when I was a kid, but I very well may be very wrong about that.

The building looks rather out of place, with trees and grass around it, in the middle of the parking lot.
