Down At The A&W
Today's photo is another from my nighttime wanderings around town. This is part of the A&W Restaurant on Washington St. It's a cool retro style diner, and the overhang you see on the left is part of the drive-in section, where one can pull up their car and place an order without going inside or through the drive-thru.

I'm happy to see they still have the drive in!
When I was a kid, my favorite place to go was A&W. We had one in La Mesa, Ca, and they'd bring the tray out to your window. Unfortunately they tore it down.
Our here, we have Sonic Drive-Ins, but they aren't as fun as the old A&W. You pull into the stall and order, but they bring your food in a sack, they miss out on the whole drive in experience!
We have an A&W here as well, but it's shared with a KFC, not the same!
You got the lighting just right and the solid black BG highlights the colors well and makes the drive-in stand out.
It may have a retro look, but it definitely has modern prices. LOL!!!
