The End Is Nigh

Today's photo is of a walkway which runs alongside the parking lot at the back of the public elementary school. I took this just before full darkness.
By the way, I'd like to thank Ralph Stevens for letting me know the trees in yesterday's post are flowering cherry trees of the Kwanzan variety. I very much appreciate the info, as I obviously was pretty clueless on the matter.

Superb photography, full of energy and color!
I sure am glad I didn't bet any money on them not being cherry trees cause I would have lost. All the cherry trees around here have white blossoms. I guess we dont have the other kinds.
This is a nice photograph. It reminds us about darkness and how education fills that void.
I posted a picture of my furry mother on this Mother's Day. She was so special that we considered her part of the family.
Great photo Celine. You sure have an eye! I hope to learn this someday.
The combination of cool and warm colors coupled with the leading lines makes this picture special.
