Police Department

I'm not sure when it happened, but I noticed the other day the police department on 3rd Ave. had a bit of a face lift. It used to be one could only see a vague outline of the words 'police department'... it was so faint, in fact, I didn't even realize it was actually there until I took a photo of it once and noticed it when I viewed the photo later on my computer.

So it's all snazzy now. As snazzy as a box-shaped building like this can be without some serious renovation, that is. :)
