Winston In Ashes

This ashtray sits outside the post office on 2nd Ave. The person who used it obviously favors Winston cigarettes, and smokes a lot of them.

There is a law here in Oregon now where you’re not supposed to smoke within 10 feet of a door at public places (or inside them, for that matter), if I remember right (hey, I’m right… here’s the law). I don’t smoke, but I do see folks standing on sidewalks smoking now. I would think this also applies at the post office, but I’m not sure.
