Look, ma, no autumn leaves today! Wow! But it is another sunset, which is another frequent subject around here. But I like sunsets! And autumn leaves! So there!
Sorry, I seem to have reverted to being an 8-year-old child. I do apologize.
Anyway, I took this last night from the parking lot next to the McDonald’s on Shaff Rd., looking out across Wilco Rd.

Stayton is almost completely surrounded by country roads (the exception is the north side where Sublimity is located, not far down the road). There are a lot of scenes like the one above — trees, grass, and clouds. I took this particular shot along Kingston-Jordan Dr., just south of town, over the weekend.
