A masked bandit has been seen around Stayton in recent days, and no garbage can is safe.

Witness Dorothy Loftin risked her personal safety to get photos of the alleged culprit. “He was walking around like he owned the place,” she said, still shaken from being so close to the apparent criminal.

The suspect is described as being short, furry, and rather cute. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous.
