Malibu

Chevrolet Malibu car in Stayton Oregon

I spotted this nifty older Chevy Malibu somewhere off of 1st Ave. the other day. I think it's from the late 1960's, but that's a wild guess on a few photos I viewed. I really have no idea.

Moving Made Easier

Moving Made Easier - U-Haul trucks in Stayton Oregon

Pointless photo time (as if my other photos aren't). Yes, friends, today's photo is of U-Haul trucks. And not only that, it's an over-processed photo of U-Haul trucks. What can I say except I wasn't feeling well and I was bored. Bad things happen when I'm bored.

This was taken on E. Water St., near 2nd Ave.

Presence Of Mind

Presence Of Mind - trees reflected in water in Stayton Oregon

The leaves in today's photo are just starting to turn pretty autumnal colors. That makes me happy. That those leaves will eventually fall off is the unhappy downside. But I'm happy to ignore that for now.

This was taken at my favorite power canal off of 4th Ave.

Heaven Only Knows

Heaven Only Knows - clouds and sun rays in Stayton Oregon

We've definitely moved into Autumn around here... it's colder, windier, and rainier. But all that can make for some lovely clouds, as was the case a couple of days ago. I love clouds.

This was taken just off of 10th Ave., next to the hospital.

M

M - bike rack outside of Roth's in Stayton Oregon

I'm not very good at minimalistic-influenced shots... I still want to center absolutely everything, which is kind of annoying. But this bike rack outside of the Roth's grocery store on Shaff Rd. caught my eye, and my OCD affected brain actually let me put it off center in the frame.

All of this really has nothing to do with anything, of course, but sometimes thinking up a caption to go with the photo is tough, hence my rambling.
